It is the best place to visit to see the ancient roman history... Worth every penny.. You actually get the feeling of being in that era.. Since I travelled in the peak time it was really crowded.. The best thing to do is to take guide to skip the long tkt. Queue and u will also get all the information...

If in Rome you will have to visit. It is worth it. Go around 4pm and there are very little queues! Avoid the locals dressed as Gladiators or soldiers, will let you take photos then hassle you for money.
